In December 2013, we worked with ZQI Ammunition to document a function test of their ammunition offerings in a variety of firearms.  It was a perfect opportunity to field the Sony FS700 for its high-speed slow motion capability.  Donning our ear protection, we gathered up the iron and headed to a local shooting range with presenter Mike Farruggio.

After thousands of rounds downrange and nary a stoppage, the ammunition had proven itself.  We collected our media and set to the task of first distilling a 2-minute trailer of the day, and later full 7 and extended 15-minute versions for internal and trade show use.

Highest kudos to sound engineer Matt Daly who kept explosive sound levels below the red but fully intelligible all day long.
